Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receiving them.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order still contains all parts and associated components, and the packaging is exactly as it was when the product arrived.
  • Normal handling of the product is evident; damage due to negligent handling is excluded.
  • Products that are hygiene-sensitive have been carefully cleaned before the return process begins.
  • The product was found to be defective upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping fees.
A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged without our fault.

How can I return my order?
If your order meets the conditions above, please proceed as follows to initiate the return process:

  • Send an email to: info@
  • Ensure that the email contains the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • A photo of the product in case of damage
    • First name + last name of the customer
    • Customer's address

We will contact you and provide you with the return address.
Never send the return to the sender; we will send you the correct address after you request it. The return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

The consumer has a right of withdrawal under the following provision, if they are a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their business or professional activity:

Right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have received or accepted the last goods.
Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (DILA) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email). The withdrawal ends when we have received the goods. The return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.

Cancellation of goods in transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and return them to us. Of course, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance.
To ensure a quick return, please send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of withdrawal
In case of withdrawal from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (excluding additional costs resulting from you choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract and the receipt of the goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will we charge any fees for this refund.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
